The ease of use (it somehow looks like other applications that i use) and the new AI feeatures to get tasks started quicker **What do you dislike about Projectum xPM?** That its not microsoft owned, would prefer that microsoft procured xpm and threw more R&D at it **What problems is Projectum xPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Portfolio Manager,xom is solving the problem of our fragmented portfolio. it used to be difficult to get a reliable overview across initiatives, resources, finances, risks, and dependencies in one place. now i can easily get real-time visibility, and that makes it much easier to prioritize the right initiatives, follow progress, and support better decision-making across the portfolio. Every day i save time, improve transparency, strengthen governance etc. ### 3. Making it easy for me to follow up on projects in trouble and ensure we execute our strategy. Starting with a hackathon and creating a PoC to fit us allowed us to feel Power PPM's fit to our organization quickly. Customizing the solution to our specific needs was intuitive and straightforward.
