**What do you like best about ProfitMaker?**

the time it takes to install, and configure and train users makes it very simple and practical.

**What do you dislike about ProfitMaker?**

in this regard, the support service leaves a little to be desired, they could improve a lot in this aspect

**What problems is ProfitMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was a client who needed a different solution from the one we worked on and he was of great value to us, we left the client happy and we also profited

**What do you like best about ProfitMaker?**

seems pretty stable.
has scaled relatively well as we've grown.

**What do you dislike about ProfitMaker?**

I have to vpn into use it and it’s sluggish 
Isn’t  really intuititive, especially for repetitive entries.
Would like to be able to customize the interface more.
can't be used on mac without an VPN workaround.



**Recommendations to others considering ProfitMaker:**

It's a steep learning curve to use it correctly.
i would shadow an existing user to help figure it out.
note that it doesn't work natively on Macs, you have to do a VPN work around.


**What problems is ProfitMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a pretty crucial for order entry and tracking 
My company is deeply committed to its, since our whole ordering and reporting happens around it

**What do you like best about ProfitMaker?**

I like that I can make notes on vendors, customers, orders, and invoices. Also you can look up orders from many years ago.

**What do you dislike about ProfitMaker?**

I dislike that when there are multiple sales people on an order it doesnt properly calculate their commission.

I also dont like that it will round up percentages of profit.

**Recommendations to others considering ProfitMaker:**

They have a great support team without wait times if you ever have issues.

**What problems is ProfitMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quicker invoices, way to track order information and item details along with pricing for the clients.
