The automation features saves me a ton of time on PPC. I like the daily changelog so that I can see the updates and keep an eye on the AI. They have taken the time to share their experience and answer any newbie questions I have. They have taken the fear of selling on Amazon away. Straight forward and clear instructions!

I did not notice any negative moments.

I really enjoy how ProfitWhales takes the time to demonstrate how to use the software for maximum profits.  I am new to selling on Amazon and I have a lot of questions. They take the time to carefully answer them. They also give me recommended actions to take to boost my products visibility - even outside of just PPC! I highly recommend them! They want to help you achieve your business goals.
