# Which Meeting Room Booking Systems integrate directly into calendar tools without requiring separate manual scheduling?

Robin, Skedda, and YouCanBookMe lead here.

I’d treat two-way sync reliability as more important than simply having an Outlook or Google Calendar integration. The real test is what happens when someone moves, cancels, or extends a meeting from the calendar itself. If the room booking updates immediately without creating a duplicate or stale reservation, that’s when the integration actually removes manual scheduling.
