The ease at creating a feed that fits our needs. Whether we want to use it to maintain continuity with a feed structure that our current Shopify site doesn't allow, or to spin up a new feed with rules that we don't have to run by a developer, DataFeedWatch has been an awesome tool to use. The integrations list is fairly comprehensive, although I wish they would add Rakuten for Publishers, because that's an important channel for us. Performance-wise, it's been a life-saver. Never have to worry about a feed missing a sync, and they have backups in case something ever does happen. Can't complain about price. Much cheaper than our previous alternative, while being more flexible and self-service, with support staff readily accessible. The AI features still need a bit of work, but that's something that can be said about the industry as a whole. It will take time, but it's functional and can work in some cases. For me who likes a little bit more control, I think I'll hold off a bit in using their AI features. But what's nice is that they don't try to force it on you like other apps have been lately. DataFeedWatch is very quick and easy to integrate with Shopify once my feed was set up and working I haven't needed to tweak it much other than to add custom fields as and when they are needed.. Shopify doesn't seem to natively support sending feeds to shopping channels such as Google, Meta etc. If you want to do it you need several different apps, and DataFeedWatch does it all in one, granted those apps are free but DataFeedWatch is definitely worth the price for what it does. Works incredible as our feed management software in both formatting & error resolutions. The platform does a great job of providing the fields needed based on the channel selected and gives great options for reformatting text to the accepted/desired output. Performs exactly as needed and is cost effective especially as clientele grows. Makes feed management incredibly easy. Being able to exclude products at the feed level is really handy. Updating titles and descriptions is straightforward, so tweaking things never feels like a chore. It’s also simple to spin up duplicate feeds and experiment with them. There are several customization options here that I haven’t seen in competing tools (no names). I’ve been with DFW for the last few years, and it’s been worth it every time. I use DataFeedWatch for XML feed administration, and I love that it allows us to provide our main feed and then customize each output feed for every platform we use, like Google Shopping, Priceshape, and others. What really stands out is that it's very user-friendly, and there are a lot of guides available on how to do certain things. The customer support works awesome as well. The most valuable feature for me is the possibility to customize every field, allowing me to combine, calculate, and extract the exact value I need for a new field easily. I like that DataFeedWatch by Cart.com is very intuitive. It provides me with metrics on how our ads are performing and suggests improvements for the feed, which has resulted in improvements in CTR, the product visit rate, and the conversion rate in my Google Ads campaigns. I also like that it allows me to set automated rules when entering new products and create product catalogs according to the channel where I want to use them. I have been able to use regex formulas to replace some parameters, which makes managing our extensive product catalog even easier.
