It automates a lot of manual work, such as detecting duplicate requests and merging them, grouping feedback into themes, and understanding customer pain points more easily. I especially like how it replaces multiple tools by combining feedback boards, public roadmap, changelog, help center, chat support, and surveys all in one platform. The AI features save me time by automatically detecting duplicates and merging them. The feedback collection from multiple sources like Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, and public review platforms is automatic and thorough. I appreciate its flat pricing model, which stands out against competitors like Canny that have per-tracker and team member pricing. The one-click migration from Canny was smooth and didn't result in any data loss. Overall, it has simplified our workflow significantly, and I highly recommend it. **What do you dislike about ProductBridge?** I would like to see even more integrations added. Everything stays connected, the AI features are useful, and the interface is genuinely enjoyable to use. **What do you dislike about ProductBridge?** So far, there isn’t much I dislike. As far as I can tell, users can only submit text when reporting bugs.
