ProctorLink is an AI-powered online proctoring platform built to help educational institutions, certification bodies, and corporate training teams deliver secure, credible, remote assessments at scale. Real-Time Monitoring: Proctors view live video feeds and audio streams for comprehensive oversight 4. Grouping: Divide large exam pools into smaller groups and assign each batch to a dedicated proctor for more efficient monitoring 5. Smart Alert System: Instant warnings for multiple faces, absent face, closed eyes, tab switching 6. Configurable Warning Thresholds: Set custom limits per quiz, with automatic quiz submission upon breach 7. Safe Exam Browser Support: Restricts tab and window access to prevent external assistance during exams 8. Seamless Moodle Integration: Plugin-based deployment with advanced API support for quick, frictionless setup How it works During a proctored exam, ProctorLink continuously monitors the candidate's exam session. It detects a range of integrity violations in real-time - including tab switching, multiple faces in frame, candidate absence etc. When a violation is detected instant alerts are triggered for candidates, enabling timely intervention or post-exam review. All sessions are recorded and flagged with a timestamped violation log, giving institutions a verifiable audit trail for every assessment. LMS Integration ProctorLink is built with LMS compatibility at its core, offering native integration with Moodle. This means institutions can enable proctoring directly within their existing Moodle-based exam environment, without redirecting candidates to a separate platform. Deployment and Accessibility ProctorLink is a plugin-based solution requiring only a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. There is no specialised hardware required - making it accessible to candidates across geographies and devices. It supports both fixed exam windows and flexible scheduling, accommodating synchronous and asynchronous assessment formats across time zones. Pricing and Plans ProctorLink Standard uses subscription and credits-based pricing model for predictable cost control and flexibility. ProctorLink Lite is available catering to institutions with different feature requirements and exam frequencies.
