
I like that ExamOnline's UX is quite self-service, so I don't need a lot of support calls, and anyone can use it from their home. Their support portal is accessible 24/7 and is multilingual, which really helps my international clients from Europe. I find the entire solution well integrated from registration to assessment to certificate generation, with added security features. It's all integrated, so I don't have to work with multiple tools. The initial setup was quite easy, and for creating the next exam, I can just copy all configurations from the earlier exam. They have about 150 configuration options, which means that potential customizations are handled via configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel the report generation could be improved. The content is processed in batch every two minutes, which makes the end user think it's taking time. They should indicate on the UI that it is a batch process and it takes at least two minutes, so I don't think it's taking a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
