&lt;p&gt;For enterprise architects, trust usually comes from consistent technical execution more than the reseller’s overall rating. I’d weigh Oracle-specific architecture depth, escalation quality, and whether the same senior people stay involved from design through deployment and support.&lt;/p&gt;
