**Describe the project or task Process helped with:**

Pipefy assisted in the automation of the company's main processes, including risk analysis, policy issuance including approval by levels. Additionally, the integration with other systems through APIs opened up a range of opportunities.

**What do you like best about Process?**

Simplicity in the execution and modeling of processes, along with an extremely competent and fast support team. I believe that the wide range of options for use in forms is essential. Furthermore, the control of SLAs is very comprehensive!

**What do you dislike about Process?**

The options for modeling and interaction should be greater. Some competitors of Pipefy offer competitive features in addition to lower prices. Finally, the system has shown a lot of instability. Every month this year and at the end of last year, I had complaints about outages from my clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Process:**

Rethink your way of acting and modeling your processes. Standardization is an important and vital part for any company, and Pipefy is a great enabler of this activity in any type of organization!

**What problems is Process solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization of processes and automation of decision-making at various times. In addition, I was able to unify processes and stages of processes. Furthermore, it was possible to integrate processes that previously operated independently.
