## Procedureflow Reviews
 ### 1. Procedure Flow is a must for any company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheryl J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

I think of Procedure Flow as a GPS for ANY company! You can document processes quickly and concisely, and anyone can make updates. I haven't found a product that comes close to Procedure Flow. I changed companies and successfully added Procedure Flow with my new company, and I haven't regretted it. Each company will see different results. At the fist company I was with, we reduced training from 8 weeks to 4 weeks. At my new company, we weren't able to reduce our training time as it was already at 2 weeks, but we decreased talk time and improved customer satisfaction rates tremendously. It's a cost-effective way to provide your employees with documented process steps.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I haven't found anything yet, to be honest! Reporting at an agent level is improving all the time. The good thing about Procedure Flow is they take actions on feedback received!

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procedure Flow has fixed quite a few holes in our processes. Many processes with gray areas can be quickly addressed using Procedure Flow. Procedure Flow can be used from start to finish (training and as a guide for agents, employees, backoffice, payment group, etc). At my first company we reduced training times from 8 weeks to 4 weeks. At my current company (yes I brought Procedure Flow with me!), we have improved customer satisfaction results and reduced average handle time.

 ### 2. We love Procedure Flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherie L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

Procedure Flow has been very beneficial to us. It allows team members to quickly locate and walk through the desired process. Prior to Procedure Flow, we used an article-based knowledge base, this took time to sift through what they needed to do to accomplish any given task. Procedure Flow helps provide a better visual on how to step through a process in a more efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

It is more of a technical piece. We work on a number of flows at the same time, testing processes, working with stakeholders, etc. When a flow is complete and ready to go live, you have to make all flows you are working on live at the same time. You do not have the ability to select the flows you want to make live. Having the ability to choose, would be a great enhancement!

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procedure Flow is helping retention and confidence with our new hire training. Our processes can be rather complex and having this tool to guide them and allow them to focus on our customers as they are learning has been beneficial.

 ### 3. PF Review - FCC Customer Service Centre

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

- Ability to map out processes quickly, easily and clearly
- Ability to add icons and images for additional support
- Ability to link existing flows and processes

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

- Must approve any draft changes as one significant change (vs approving one-page change at a time if working on multiple changes)
- Must manually merge all changes into pending change requests (vs the pending change request updating automatically to sync with current changes
- No "date last updated" apparent on the primary page (must view history - Is there possibility of having a date next to this as there is space?)
- No recently accessed flows (think google search history)
- Needing to upload images (unable to quickly copy/paste)

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensure processes are complete without gaps, support for training and onboarding (gets them working through processes independently form an early stage), serves as a quality review knowledge database and links policies that are integral to the processes. NOTE - Attempted to upload a screenshot in the next section, however keeps giving me an error.

 ### 4. ProcedureFlow To The Rescue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul R. | Learning & Development Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow provided us with an easy path to create easy-to-follow flows for our most complicated processes. ProcedureFlow allows us to focus more on application and soft skills training as opposed to procedural training. This has reduced our training time and most importantly our customer experience agents have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips.

As a SAS application, ProcedureFlow was easily integrated into our highly regulated environment. Last but not least sales and technical support have been fantastic.

ProcedureFlow will positively affect your contact center's new hire and sustaining training initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I have absolutely zero dislikes. The product is evolving with enhancements being released on a quarterly based such as the GUI and reporting structure.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our processes are very complicated with many branches. PF provides easy-to-follow flows that reduce mistakes, escalations, and call handle times.

 ### 5. Quite good software!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isha j. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow software must be capable of adapting to the needs of employees in the ever-changing workplace. It helps us to organize our work in a great manner. ProcedureFlow software enables staff members to have 24/7 access to valuable information that can also act as a guide when certain situations arise.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The software has performed perfectly thus far. ProcedureFlow is an easy, complete software for keeping track of the things that matter most.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I highly recommend you to use ProcedureFlow. Because if users know what to do, they will start work immediately without any problems. I suggest you go for it because it's very reliable.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To keep things moving along smoothly, we sometimes have to think creatively about processes and where they might break down. It was hard to keep on top of all tasks at once. Using ProcedureFlow, we were able to put a plan into action.

 ### 6. Stuck in a cluster of processes.. Procedure Flow is The Answer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shwetank D. | Lead Software Engineer - AVP, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

The best feature is the Social collaboration wherein we can engage a whole team in offering their suggestions at the same time making the process better through inline feedback. This saves a lot of meeting time that could be used to enhance the process further.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The pricing is a bit on the higher side as compared to the newly popped market competitors. There should be a reconsideration in terms of creating price plans that offer better value for money.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many independent processes are now put under some predefined flows which have not only helped in smoother execution but its way easier to enhance or redact the process as per the business and technological changes that the organization goes through year on year.

 ### 7. Helped increase employee productivity in our organization by 30%

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Udit C. | MicroStrategy Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

Making procedures in our organization is very complicated for the SDR team. As a manager, I was looking for a platform that can help my team create more accurate and easy to use procedure by taking minimum time.I came to know about ProcedureFlow from a friend. It is one of the best platform for increasing sales development representative's productivity. With ProcedureFlow, my team is now able to focus on providing the best-in-class customer service. The small hyperlink charts has helped them create clear flowcharts. Our entire sales team can now access a single platfrom and assign ownership to one another for the roles. The time to require train SDRs has reduced by 80%. The downloadable manuals are easy with ProcedureFlow.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

Although the ProcedureFlow is a wonderful platform for the SDR team, the user interface is quite complicated. If the navigation flow can be improved, it will be great.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

If you want to improve your customer service and boost SDR's productivity, then ProcedureFlow is the best platform you should look for. Creating standard operating procedures has actually become easy for me now.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ProcedureFlow, I am mainly trying to help my sales team focus more on providing superior customer service and reduce their time to prepare complex flows. I can now access more detailed reports and understand how my team performs in sales. Assigning team roles and tasks has become quite easy.

 ### 8. The Perfect Tool for Centralizing Information and Creating Work Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David N. | Data Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

The best thing about ProcedureFlow is the ease of creating procedure flows, as its name says precisely. It may seem obvious, but this feature helps make the organization seamless between the different parties involved in a project. Thus, all parties share information productively, and development time is reduced.

Also, ProcedureFlow is an intuitive software. With just a few steps, we can map out the detailed procedures to be followed from that moment on.

Real-time updating of the dashboards enhances consistency among all agents working simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

Sometimes, I wish I could download and print the information collected with ProcedureFlow. I would also like to download videos of conferences that have been held, although it's not a feature I use. It would be more convenient to access workflows without always having to access them from the computer.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I strongly recommend collecting as many processes as possible in ProcedureFlow. Although it might be repetitive in some cases, it decreases the execution time. It is also helpful to know at all times the progress made.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ProcedureFlow to know the status of the projects we are doing. The software helps us simplify the problems and provides solutions in easy-to-follow diagrams.

The training team also uses ProcedureFlow as the primary tool to guide new members. It simplifies the procedure and decreases the number of staff dedicated to it.

 ### 9. The Platform with Greatest Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas O. | Tech Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow is excellent for defining workflows. It simplifies task assignments by workstations, so everyone constantly knows what they have to do.

The interface is very user-friendly. We see all the information in an easy-to-read format, and the visual aids just simplify everything. In addition, the information is centralized and distributed in real-tie to everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

There is really nothing I dislike about ProcedureFlow. The only awkward thing about the program is the administration of permissions and controls according to user type. An, maybe, the autosave feature should be a requirement because we work with several people simultaneosuly.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

ProcedureFlow is a very flexible platform. Although its primary use is to assign tasks and track the work done, its approach has other uses.

Also, it is good to take enough time to assign permissions correctly. All tasks will be done faster if you order them according to their priority.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it mainly to standardize some processes. This way, the workflow is the same, and there is no stagnation at any time. ProcedureFlow helps me monitor the quality of the processes thanks to the standardization. It is also the tool I use to explain processes to supervisors.

On the other hand, I use ProcedureFlow to train new team members. It is a relatively simple process as all the steps are standardized and recorded. In addition, the training, the training period has been dramatically reduced since we implemented the platform as part of the training.

 ### 10. Create interactive flowcharts and enhace your training processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Manager Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

This software is an excellent tool for defining procedural flows, as his name says. In addition, it helps to simplify the task of separating by jobs, using visual resources. Finally, it is handy for training processes because it offers the new employee the bulk of the information they need in a friendly and easy to assimilate format.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I would suggest that the development team check the security management, such as permissions and administrative permissions. For example, I want to configure stricter controls for the roles.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I think this software is a natural solution that allows making easy the training processes in the company. The training understood as a protocol will be better defined now that we use ProcedureFlow.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since ProcedureFlow helps a lot with the training processes, the training time has also become shorter. If a conventional flowchart has always been practical, keep in mind that the ones in this software are also interactive. For example, we can add links within the flowcharts. Those links are beneficial in conveying information to new members of the organization.

 ### 11. Software to organize us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles H. | Processes Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

This software is easy to use. Everyone on the team has access to ProcedureFlow, so all information is centralized and distributed simultaneously. Its roadmaps are also easy to understand. It always loads all the information quickly.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

For some employees, it would be more convenient to have the option to print the tasks lists, rather than always having to access the computer. Some people work better with paper and pen.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Although the routes are clear, you should make a draft on paper, for example. Then, take enough time to organize all the tasks and write them in Procedure carefully.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We eliminated the old process of creating graphs and explanations on paper with the software. Now, the workflow is better with clear communication between all parties.

At the same time, we use registration and clarity of information in the training of new employees. We don't have staff dedicated to it exclusively because we don't have that much employee turnover, so the program helps who takes over in those cases.

 ### 12. The ultimate guide to ensemble reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Slav V. | Project Manger, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

It has helped us a lot to organize all the work we have. Tasks are assigned in no time and updated on all devices in real-time. We like how we can now follow a work path that seemed too complicated before.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I have no complaints about the software. It has served us perfectly for what we use it for. ProcedureFlow is an easy and complete software for managing work teams.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Some members' roles use the same permissions level, but I would recommend meeting before assigning the program to avoid discord among the users.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for projects that take longer and involve more than one developer. With ProcedureFlow, we make a guide about pending activities such as an interview with the client, transcribe ideas, make the design for a page, and more. In addition, we use it to present some progress to the client before continue with the project.

 ### 13. Excellent Tool

Everything! Ability to shorten training classes, guide remote agents, provide a consistent CX, and of course giving employing the ability to provide improvements/feedback on articles.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

You are unable to copy flows between entry points and keep the images. Images, must be manually uploaded before they can be pasted into a flow.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote employee training! We have drastically shortened the time for new hire agents to start taking calls and working with customers.

 ### 14. Now we are a real team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymond S. | Web developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. It is effortless to create workflows, and each member knows at all times what they have to do.

We liked that it is such a simple application, with no additional functions that are useless. We were looking for a program to know precisely what was going on in each project, and we found it.

It has also helped us by trining news employees.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

We have only had problems with permissions and administrator controls. Sometimes, so much freedom in assigning activities is counterproductive, but it doesn't happen often.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Make sure you have a general idea of the processes before structuring them in the program. If not, you will probably have have to do the work again.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having problems with the workflow because the tasks were not well defined in the team, which caused frequent delays.

ProcedureFlow made it easy to create a work plan for each incoming project. As a result, we now know what the customers wanted when they contacted us.

In a short time, we learned to follow the pre-established procedures in the deadline.

Occasionlly, one of us self-assings some of the backlogs when their tasks are ready.

It is not only beneficial to new joiners but also other employees as well. The support team is also quick in response and is very helpful.

 ### 22. A seamless team process management application

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

I was part of a big marketing team, where there were no predefined roles and tasks for team members. With procedureflow, managing team processes is easier. It became an instant go-to product for our team. We could define the most complex procedures of our marketing campaigns in a seamless easy way to help each team member. Moreover, with the collaborative features of procedureflow, all the team members were more connected and proactive in their works. Procedureflow's diagrams and visuals helped me to train the new joiners under me quickly and employ them at the business process areas as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The integrations are somewhat lacking. It has some great integrations like salesforce and Microsoft dynamics but we were looking for google integrations as the majority of our business processes relied on google's platforms. Though the product worked great as a standalone, it could've been better if the company developed integrations for the Google product suite. Other than that, the features of the platform are really good, there's nothing worth complaining about.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I'd like to recommend procedureflow to anyone looking for a good process management platform. You can use it as training software for your new joiners and help them understand business processes quickly. As for the pricing, it is decently priced for the features it provides, hence there's not a big problem in the pocket.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before procedureflow, we were relying on paper-based charts and visuals for our processes. But this was prone to human errors like losing papers. So we came across procedureflow, and decided to give it a try. Once we started using it, we first migrated all our existing paper-based procedures to the platform and filled it with our primary business process flows. After that, using procedureflow was a smooth experience, and a great benefit that we realized during the pandemic is that having a central repository platform of all our processes helped the business grow during the pandemic times. Moreover, we hired lots of interns during the pandemic, and we could easily train and employ them on projects because of the easy visual clues from the procedureflow platform.

 ### 23. Great Tool for new members

 ### 24. Gain a competitive advantage by excellent knowledge management.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camila L. | Analista de Recursos Humanos Sênior , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

Using ProcedureFlow, any company can gain a competitive advantage through effective knowledge management. I like what ProcedureFlow has to offer most in terms of how it can reduce training time for new employees by over half. Using the solution, all employees gain an understanding of how to operate within the organization. ProcedureFlow enables users to manage all procedural documentation and resources via a single platform. Since we have expanded exponentially in the past few years, our team has been a great asset. Furthermore, the search feature is handy.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

It would be beneficial to improve the product's usability for contributors; initially, the editing modes can be challenging to access.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

In regard to the training of potential employees, ProcedureFlow is an ideal solution since it enables them to see how the business works without extensive training. By using the tool, training becomes more efficient and effective.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we began using this tool, it has become a vital element of our organization's training process for all new colleagues who do not possess the necessary knowledge or proficiency to perform their tasks. The system's functions also include creating workflow diagrams with links to improve the cooperation of our colleagues and involving our teams to make them more effective. As a result, it has become easier for new employees to understand the process and the orientation.

 ### 25. ProcedureFlow facilitates training of new work teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow is an excellent solution that is focused on knowledge management to boost the growth of any company; among the features that I like the most about this solution is the way it can reduce tutoring time for training up to more than 50% through a roadmap so that all members of the company can easily understand how to operate internally, it also allows us to create workflow diagrams with hyperlinks to improve the participation of our users involving our work teams to make it more efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shay P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

The speed of the application makes for very fluid development, this is a great asset to my workflow. I've even taken to using it for more than just work applications, being able to model ideas in both my personal life, and plot out difficult decisions is a real game changer.

The ability to download your entire flow into an offline document for access via a browser is also phenomenal. You have that peace of mind should anything ever go wrong that you have a backup with an airgap, but also just being able to parse through your processes when you don't have an internet connection is also incredible.

Their customer service is excellent to boot! Definitely one of my favourite products at the moment.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The number of shapes/colours are limited, and there are a handful of other limitations, however it seems that the design is intentionally minimalist. Perhaps that's actually a strength in many respects, as the barrier to entry is very small. However, I feel that perhaps further tools/features for power users would make the product next level.

Try it out, if it hasn't helped in a month or two, then you know. But it's really worth it.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Kim H. | Business Consultant- ERP Process Mapping, Project and Change Manager, Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

I have used ProcedureFlow with 3 organizations and appreciate how easy it is to use for all user groups. In all cases, it became the 'living' single source of truth for their processes. I tend to use the tool collaboratively so subject matter experts are fully engaged in the mapping process and the validation. It helps with buy-in and change management when processes are refreshed.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

Can't say there is much I dislike. Maybe the ability to create a list of mapped process flows and sub-flows.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Give it a try. The ProcedureFlow team is great to deal with if you ever have questions or require support. Website has nice library of support materials and short webinars.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information and resource tends to get scattered across organizations ( electronic, paper, people), pulling it together is one place is critical. Information can also be inconsistent in terms of level of detail and document control / latest versions.
Benefits- Information is in one place, current and the ability to drill down in detail is endless. Significant significant time savings when searching for information. Quickly updating processes and pushing live to users. New hire training time reductions. When there is staff turnover, knowledge base is not fully lost.

**Official Response from Jenna Dobson:**

> Thank you for the review, Kim! We're happy to be your team's single source of truth.

 ### 40. ProcedureFlow is an invaluable simple worthwhile tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel M. | Manager, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

I love that it's easy to use and has made things simpler for everyone. The employees feel more confident. They are providing a more efficient service to our customer while being more effective. The employees also appreciate that they can quickly send updates to be reviewed and changed.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I can't say that there's anything that I really dislike. Since the first implementation to now, I've seen great progress on the reporting side which is very helpful. I would suggest to new customers to take time to create their vision of the future and involve the right team to get the optimum benefit from this tool. The ProcedureFlow team is really great to work with and really cares about their customers.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I would say that it's definitely worth considering. I've worked at multiple companies that had various systems to help with information management. I haven't come across any other tool like ProcedureFlow. It is simple and easy to follow. I've been through two different implementations and at both companies, the comments especially from our new employees is always the same. They can't imagine how we did things prior to implementing ProcedureFlow. The adoption rate of our existing employees was also very good. Mainly because of the ease of use and we included them throughout the implementation. It's their tool so there's a sense of ownership.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've greatly reduce the time it took to find information. Implementing ProcedureFlow has also reduced the amount of questions that would go to our second tier support. Procedure Flow has assisted in a significant way in reducing the onboarding time, helping our new employees become proficient earlier during their onboarding. Like most companies, employees have to work with various systems which can get overwhelming especially in the first few months. ProcedureFlow has been helpful by serving as the primary tool to assist employees in determining what system to use for the different scenarios.

**Official Response from Jenna Dobson:**

> Thank you, Rachel! We love hearing about how ProcedureFlow helps your team.

 ### 41. We love ProcedureFlow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy B. | Organizational Development Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

We have been doing a proof of Concept for our Office of the Registrar and it is working so well.
ProcedureFlow is helping us to organize all of our procedures into one location where the information is always up-to-date for all of our staff and so easy to use. You do not need to be a business analyst or have experience mapping processes to understand how to use this tool. The simplicity is the magic.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I will be looking forward to future functionality when you can make processes front facing for external clients/customers outside of our team.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Just get a license and try it. We documented our Payroll process in a few days.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have long training time, many errors and our staff were not consistently giving the right information to our students. We had procedures in binders, on top of filing cabinets, in peoples head or stuck on our shared network drive. Now... anyone can map and it cuts down training time significantly!

**Official Response from Jenna Dobson:**

> Thanks so much Nancy!

 ### 42. ProcedureFlow helps us with out compliance and customer experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew J. | VP Security Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

Before ProcedureFlow we struggled to get our staff to write and follow processes. The collaborative nature of the product means that all of my analysts can quickly update processes to make sure they are always accurate and up to date.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The product could use a more robust security management framework. For example, there are no group permissions management mechanisms.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Make sure that you give thought to the overall structure of your processes before implementing. It will save you re-work.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance and consistency are key. My staff are much better at consistently following processes. This allows us to maintain compliance for audits.

**Official Response from Jenna Dobson:**

> Thanks for the review, Andrew! We're happy to hear about how ProcedureFlow helps your team. I've attached our updated security page below as well.
