ProBase is a field service management software that helps pool service companies organize customers, log chemicals, manage routes, invoice customers, and collect payments from a mobile app. Built for pool service businesses running one to five crews and 50 to 200 or more pools, ProBase is designed for field use. Technicians log their work at the pool. Owners manage customers, invoices, and payments from their phone. No desktop required. Key features: • Route management: See daily stops, reorder jobs, and get directions from the app • Chemical logging and water testing: Record chemicals added and water readings at each visit, saved automatically to the customer's service history • Equipment tracking: Store gate codes, pump models, pool specs, and notes per property so techs arrive prepared • Mobile invoicing and payments: Create invoices, send them, and collect payments online — including autopay for recurring customers • Automated review requests: After each service visit, customers receive a prompt to leave a Google review. No manual follow-up needed. ProBase also includes Google My Business management tools and tip collection built into the payment flow — features not available in most pool service software. ProBase is free. There are no monthly fees, no usage limits, and no trial period. The software is supported through optional marketplace partnerships. Pool companies can choose to receive job referrals through partner marketplaces, and ProBase takes a commission on those jobs. Participation is never required. All features stay free either way.
