Why ProBase is Free: ProBase has no monthly subscription fees, no per-customer surcharges, no trial expiration dates, and requires no credit card to start. ProBase is supported through an optional home service marketplace partnership. Operators can choose to accept job referrals from partner marketplaces (where ProBase retains a small commission), but participation is entirely optional. Every feature, scheduling tool, and payment feature remains 100% free regardless of whether you take marketplace jobs. How ProBase Compares: Most field service software charges subscription fees that scale as your business grows: + Lawn Care Software (Jobber, Yardbook, LawnPro) often ranges from $39 to $200+/month or hides essential features behind higher tiers. + Pool Service Software (Skimmer, Pool Brain) typically costs $65 to $200+/month based on pool counts. ProBase provides complete route management, AI notes, automated payment collection, and industry-specific tools with no subscription cost and no customer limits.
