It is also convenient to have the set templates based on the type of the project and the time it helps to save at the moment of incorporation. **What do you dislike about PROAD?** It seems to me, for instance, that PROAD’s reporting capabilities are not particularly well-developed. I can’t adjust it to the point that I will be able to acquire the particular insight out of it that I require. **What problems is PROAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** PROAD has made my project management easier. There has been enhancement of communication between the various teams and increased visibility with the help of the centralized platform and the collaboration tools. ### 2. It help to coordinate procedures and consolidate information to improve oversight in practice. **What do you dislike about PROAD?** I found out one disadvantage when using PROAD in my case. It provides several modules, information appears to be dispersed across them. It becomes very difficult to search and filter for certain details of the project or even specific reports. **What problems is PROAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** PROAD has a vision of providing a solution to the project management needs, ERP requirements, and general office work. The ticket system might be one of my favorite parts of the PROAD software. Not only is it easy to use, but the interface is beautiful. I have had problems in the past with other departments not wanting to submit tickets whenever they need something done, however, with this software I have been able to overcome this issue because my coworkers have no problem using it at all. Another beautiful feature is the operational planning system. The system allows for planning that has not been used in the past. A planning system that allows for my team to be the best possible team. I also love how their packages are company size-based. This allows the smaller and medium-sized companies to use it however they need while keeping it functional and good for the bigger guys. **What do you dislike about PROAD?** One of my bigger dislikes is sometimes the system can be a little slower than I would prefer. I also live in an area with internet that is a little less than desirable, as well as my computer might not be up to speed with the modern-day computers that are out there. So I cannot blame this problem 100% on this software, however, I have noticed that from time to time the load up of the software, and a couple of specific tasks can be strenuous in time. **Recommendations to others considering PROAD:** I would recommend this software for people looking for a simple yet amazing IT system. **What problems is PROAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved the problem of having an IT support system within my company by using this software. The features that i like the most about the product are time allotment feature and the billing. Another good feature is Gantt chart which represents the values in a proper way. Uploading of files and other values to the software is too smooth. **What do you dislike about PROAD?** I dislike the portfolio management feature of this software as it does not provide a proper presentation of the costs involved. This feature shoul be improved. **Recommendations to others considering PROAD:** I highly recommend PROAD software to others especially those involved in project management. If they are having management issues, then this software is a must try for them. **What problems is PROAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** While working as a project management intern, I found that it was difficult to manage a large number of teams during a project and most of the times they cross the time deadlines. But after using this software, the management issues were reduced and a proper time could be alloted to each of the teams using this software. Apart from that, real time updates can be provided. Proad has specified each category for making user friendly and less complex. **What do you dislike about PROAD?** This may be the best but what I dislike is its cost we are charged more as compared to other available though it is fast and responsive. **Recommendations to others considering PROAD:** I would definitely recommend other to try proad as it is fast and reliable. Users get a 10 days trial for using it for free which can get availed on request.
