PROAD include the possibility of having functionalities such as a project management, ERP, and office management in one system. It help to coordinate procedures and consolidate information to improve oversight in practice.

PROAD helps me to assign tasks, keep track of time, and certainly interact with my team members. It is also convenient to have the set templates based on the type of the project and the time it helps to save at the moment of incorporation.

I use the PROAD software within an IT-oriented system, so my entire review is based upon that subset of this software. The ticket system might be one of my favorite parts of the PROAD software. Not only is it easy to use, but the interface is beautiful. I have had problems in the past with other departments not wanting to submit tickets whenever they need something done, however, with this software I have been able to overcome this issue because my coworkers have no problem using it at all. Another beautiful feature is the operational planning system. The system allows for planning that has not been used in the past. A planning system that allows for my team to be the best possible team. I also love how their packages are company size-based. This allows the smaller and medium-sized companies to use it however they need while keeping it functional and good for the bigger guys.
