**What do you like best about Print Reach?**

Very easy system to work with mustly point and click on the production end

**What do you dislike about Print Reach?**

Haven't really found anything to dislike about Printers Plan

**What problems is Print Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our everyday scheduling has been really good with the flow of the work throughout the department

Extremely simple to use most features are very user friendly

It has a lot of bugs I often find myself having to restart the program after it crashes

Billing and invoicing for my printing jobs

**What do you like best about Print Reach?**

We offer a LOT of different products and services, and Printers Plan really goes the distance in allowing us to customize the software for all of it. We're able to sell anything from printing to websites to promotional products. It's tricky to get all of the profit margins setup and whatnot, but once you do, it's pretty easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Print Reach?**

The learning curve is high. However, I'm not entirely sure there'd be a better way to set things up. My only other complaint is that I wish it ran natively on MacOS or went to the cloud. We use a lot of Macs (so does most of this industry), and while Remote Desktop works, it isn't ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering Print Reach:**

The software was recently sold to another company, and it seems like some nice upgrades are on the way.

**What problems is Print Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to have an entire team write-up jobs and mark them up appropriately thanks to the matrices built into Printers Plan.
