Our support team has been very understanding through all of our challenges, bringing in people to help cross the finish line. The team has done a great job working on platform updates to improve visuals and decrease clicks which we are looking forward to. I als like the simplicity and customization within each modules metascore. We are just now moving into the phase where we hope to draw meaningful insights to help us increase product performance. Brand Monitor & the technical team really struggled during implementation, what should have taken 3 months took 10. They had limited visibilty to the quality of their scraping (whether it was capturing all Partners, all SKUs, all keywords each day) They are not proactive in reaching out about data quality or scraping issues, this all needs to be reported by the brand in the support system. We currently didn't have any brand monitoring tools in place outside of what we can see in Google. This tool is had seamless integration and helped us keep up with current and new competitors in our market place.
