The team has done a great job working on platform updates to improve visuals and decrease clicks which we are looking forward to. I als like the simplicity and customization within each modules metascore. We are just now moving into the phase where we hope to draw meaningful insights to help us increase product performance. **What do you dislike about PriceSpider Brand Monitor?** Brand Monitor & the technical team really struggled during implementation, what should have taken 3 months took 10. They had limited visibilty to the quality of their scraping (whether it was capturing all Partners, all SKUs, all keywords each day) They are not proactive in reaching out about data quality or scraping issues, this all needs to be reported by the brand in the support system. **What problems is PriceSpider Brand Monitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us understand our content gaps, lost sales due to no stock, and just overall product and partner performance. **Official Response from Kacey Claunch:** > Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Rachel.
