Specifically, it features that allow detecting unauthorised voids and discounts are useful to track down frauds and recover the lost revenues. **What do you dislike about POS PATROL?** I had to notice that POS Patrol doesn’t provide an immediate view of the inventories. This inevitably implies that gaps between POS data with actual inventories on ground are not easily recognizable, thus making inventory controls quite a feat. **What problems is POS PATROL solving and how is that benefiting you?** POS Patrol acts as a prevention and detection tool of employee theft as well as fraudulent activities at the POS. This is to mean low shrinkage and high profitability especially for the retail business that our company deals in. ### 2. It has alerted me of several cases of employee voids and unauthorised discounts that would have cost me a great deal of money in shrinkage. It allows for reviewing the contractual agreements and the possible manipulation of the transaction data to be conducted in a more efficient manner. **What do you dislike about POS PATROL?** I am unable to monitor the available stock or determine which product is not selling well unless I have to generate a report then check on the status. POS Patrol is not useful for preventing theft, yet the program does not provide constant inventory updates. **What problems is POS PATROL solving and how is that benefiting you?** POS Patrol is helpful for my retail business as it adds an extra layer of protection by tracking the POS transactions and detecting any abnormalities. He has also succeeded in reducing employee theft and shrinkage hence increasing profit margins. ### 3.
