Customer Support and On call resolution is ausome. They  are expert at the services being offered at the moment. Critical Alerts make it easier for the customers to do online monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Port & Starboard Consulting?**

The integration of WordPress is considered complete when users do not require proof of concept and there is a need to increase visibility by ensuring a transparent end-to-end user process.

Best Startup with perspective to the core Team. Come up with cool offers to users to sign up. Increase the product support channel so that you get more prospects going forward.

The team at Port & Starboard brings a range of SFA/MAP skills as well as depth -- from broad strategic insights and best practices to hands-on execution resources that can augment your team.

**What do you dislike about Port & Starboard Consulting?**

I have not found any element to be lacking. They are responsive, flexible, and very knowledgeable. Many companies do not have the ability to flex their services to support hybrid insource/outsource models.

Take the time to understand not only WHAT you are looking for, but also HOW you want to consume services. Are they simply an extended set of hands to administer SF, or part of an implementation or upgrade project with a defined start and end date, or a strategic coach to be retained?
