Popform is e-signature and contract management software built for modern small businesses, startups, and lean back offices. Send documents, collect legally binding signatures, and keep every agreement moving with instant notifications at each step toward signature, on desktop or mobile. Unlike tools that just move PDFs from one inbox to another, Popform is built for the information inside each document. Contracts, agreements, and forms are automatically analyzed and tagged by type, contact, key dates, and values, so your paperwork becomes usable data instead of dead files. Every plan includes unlimited e-signatures, a full set of fillable field types (dropdown menus, date pickers, checkboxes, radio buttons, and image uploads), shareable public links, a lightweight built-in CRM, and AI chat with a library of ready-to-use templates. Workspaces let you invite and manage your whole team under one account. Signatures are designed to comply with the core requirements of the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Everything runs on AWS in ISO 27001-certified data centers, encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. **What do you like best about Popform?**

There are a few things - it's intuitive, and feels like it was made for modern day businesses vs other products that we have been using forever (you know the ones I'm talking about) - the team is also innovating in a way that isn't just slap an AI chat bot on top and call it progress - I think they are going to be crazy

**What do you dislike about Popform?**

I love how well designed it is - clean - understandable - smooth

**What problems is Popform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me work with my partners - getting them contracts fast so we can close fast. And my team can take care of it themselves too. I used to have to make everything myself.
