**What do you like best about PolyPM?**

It's easy to use and very versatile. 
An old coworker was also able to learn and operate PolyPM.

**What do you dislike about PolyPM?**

We saw lags in the software because of the large amount of data entered. Record-to-report process needs to be a bit more detailed.

**Recommendations to others considering PolyPM:**

Go for it if you wish for your logistics to become a cakewalk from a nightmare.

**What problems is PolyPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organisation had managed to save money using this software, which was one of the major upsides. It's also not as expensive as many of it's other competitors. Custom tailored solutions is one of the best parts of such softwares and the business had a delightful experience with PolyPM.
