**What do you like best about PointOS Professional?**

It has the makings of an excellent system and price is on point.  The design is excellent, back office and house accounts are covered. Simple to use.

**What do you dislike about PointOS Professional?**

It is unreliable and customer support, while friendly, they are non-productive.  Ineffective.  Quite simply, I have struggled with them for years.  First install of Point OS Professional was in 2015 I believe.  Then we expanded to 2 stations in 2017.   Installed the PointOS xe last week due to the advice that the Professional version was unreliable because of its inability to work cohesively with Windows updates.  Ok...I will buy that I suppose.  However, I cannot get this version to work reliably either.  Apparently every time I have a problem I am the only one or the first one to discover it.  So frustrating.  Checking out other options.

**What problems is PointOS Professional solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory, house accounts, integrated credit cards. Unfortunately, I have not realized any benefits as it won't work.
