&lt;p&gt;For non-technical staff, I think the better test is whether someone can complete the common daily tasks without remembering where things live. Logging attendance, sending a parent update, adding a photo, and checking a child record would expose that quickly. A short onboarding time sounds good, but needing frequent help afterward would tell a different story.&lt;/p&gt;
