"Plytix Shopify Channel’s Image Resizer Makes Sending Smaller Images Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

I like the image resizer/transform feature in the Plytix Shopify Channel. It lets me store a huge image in Plytix, but send a smaller version of that same image through Shopify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I find the product view and list a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Appreciate you taking the time to share this, Philippe 🤩 Great to know the image transform feature is making it easier to handle image sizes while keeping everything centralized. Thanks for the feedback on the product view and list, we’ve passed that along 💜

A central source for all information: no more Excel spreadsheets, and thanks to the change history, all adjustments remain traceable. Easy integration with Shopify. We were always supported during onboarding. Great value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

Minor bugs in the UI. Example: Column width cannot be adjusted for all attributes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Plytix PIM Streamlines Product Data for Consistent, Up-to-Date Listings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

The biggest value of Plytix PIM is how it centralises our product data and keeps everything consistent across brand portals. What used to take hours of manual updates is now streamlined, reducing errors and saving time while keeping our product listings accurate and up to date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

One limitation is the inability to paste a list of SKUs directly into the filter when creating product lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Product Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

I find Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM extremely useful for organizing everything in our Shopify account. It has streamlined our workflow, making all product descriptions and information organized and clearly visible. This feature allows us to effortlessly spot and correct mistakes. The platform's ease of use stands out, as it was simple to learn and adapt for all my colleagues, making onboarding new team members straightforward. The integration capability with other platforms such as Shopify and Channel Engine seamlessly connects our systems. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Plytix, which has been outstanding. Additionally, the platform's structured view helps maintain an organized approach to managing product information. Switching from Excel files to Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM has significantly improved our operations, and the setup process was incredibly easy. This service's quality and performance are remarkable, and I would highly recommend it with a score of nine or ten out of ten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I feel there could be an improvement in the feature allowing us to 'book edit' some functions directly on the platform. It would be beneficial to have this capability integrated, enhancing the usability of Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

"Plytix: User-Friendly PIM That Delivers"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

In an era where product information is scattered across websites, marketplaces, and spreadsheets, having a centralized Product Information Management (PIM) system is essential. Plytix positions itself as a user-friendly and visually appealing solution designed especially for small to medium-sized businesses. After evaluating its performance, it’s clear that Plytix delivers on most of what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

Users who manage large volumes of media files might notice occasional slowdowns when bulk uploading or updating assets. For heavy-duty DAM requirements, a specialized tool may be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Appreciate you taking the time, Derrick 🤩 great to know Plytix is helping simplify your workflow and keep everything in one hub. 💜

"Streamlining Complex Product Data: From Messy Spreadsheets to Efficient Magento Syncing"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

The speed of the data processing. Intuitive and user friendly interface. Easy site of attributes, prices categories of products across all site. Ease of access to tutorials videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I haven’t been using the PIM long enough to identify any real dislikes yet. There are so many features available that I still haven’t had the chance to explore everything, so it feels more like a “growing pain” as I get up to speed than an actual negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Appreciate you sharing this, Sam 🤩 Great to hear Plytix has helped move things away from messy spreadsheets and made deploying products across sites smoother. Totally understand the “growing pain” feeling at the start. There’s a lot in there, and it gets easier the more you explore 💜

"Powerful, Flexible, and Easy-to-Use PIM Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

Plytix Cloud PIM makes managing product information effortless. Its intuitive interface allows our team to onboard and maintain data quickly, while the robust customization options let us tailor workflows and brand portals to our exact needs. Pricing is reasonable given the multiple user access, the ability to create multiple brand portals from a single data source, and the capacity to handle large volumes of products and storage. The platform is backed by extremely helpful account managers who are always available, making the experience seamless and supportive. Overall, Plytix is a reliable, scalable PIM solution that truly supports growing businesses seeking efficiency and streamlined product management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

Plytix Cloud PIM is a powerful system, and any limitations we experience are not due to the platform itself but rather our internal procedures. We recognize that we could get even more value from the system if we adjusted our workflows, but this is entirely on our side—not a reflection of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

This is so nice to read! 🤩 Thanks for sharing Corine! Love knowing Plytix is making things easier for your team and that you’ve had great support along the way. 💜

"Effortless Setup, Outstanding Support, and Unbeatable Value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

Exceptionally easy to set up with an intuitive interface that requires virtually no learning curve. The support team is outstanding: fast, proactive, and always available to jump on a call when needed. From a cost perspective, I haven’t found any PIM solution that delivers this level of functionality and reliability at such a competitive price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

The Brand Portal could benefit from deeper customization options. The current features work but remain fairly basic, and adding more flexibility in layout and branding settings would significantly enhance its value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Thanks so much for the awesome review, Amaury 🙌 really happy to hear setup was easy and that our support team has been there for you whenever you needed them 💜 also appreciate the note about Brand Portal customization, we’ve shared that with the product team.
