"Intuitive, Reliable, and Even Better with Plytix’s Latest Update"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

Plytix is easy to use and very intuitive. Even team members from departments that do not work with the system on a daily basis can quickly find their way around.

Thanks to the latest update and the excellent support from the Plytix team, we have also discovered additional features that we were not aware of or had not used before. This has helped us use Plytix even more efficiently and take advantage of more of the platform’s capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

There is honestly nothing I can criticize about Plytix. The system runs smoothly and reliably, and we have had a very positive experience with it overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Plytix Makes Product Information Easy to Organise and Standardise"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

The standout feature for me is how easy Plytix makes it to organise and standardise product information. Features like Product Families, attribute management, and integrated asset storage significantly reduce manual effort, while the intuitive interface allows users to become productive quickly. It's become a central hub for managing and improving product data quality across our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I haven't encountered any major issues with Plytix so far. Like any platform, there is a learning curve when implementing new processes, but the system is intuitive and the available support resources have helped make adoption straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support, Strong Development, and Excellent Value for Money"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

We are very satisfied with Plytix so far. Particularly noteworthy is the truly great and fast customer support as well as the continuous development of the tool. Plytix is already a great help in our daily work and offers, in our view, a very good value for money. We are still relatively at the beginning of using it and have not yet tried all the functions. All the more positive is our impression so far, and we look forward to using Plytix's possibilities even more intensively in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

What we currently miss a bit is more flexibility in making corrections afterwards. Especially when setting up a PIM, it quickly happens that an attribute is initially set up incorrectly or a different attribute type is chosen later. It would be helpful to be able to change the attribute type as long as the attribute, for example, has not yet been assigned to a product or filled with data. Sometimes attributes have to be newly created instead, even though only a small correction would be necessary. A little more flexibility in such administrative adjustments would significantly ease the setup and further development of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Powerful Integrations, and Great Value PIM + DAM"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

The interface is clean and easy to learn. Team members who aren't technical can find a product, update its attributes and add images without much training. The bulk edit tools and saved filters save us a lot of clicking when we update large groups of SKUs at once.

Integrations are where Plytix really stands out for us. The API is well documented, and it let us build our own connection between Plytix and our AI tools, so we can look up and check product data without logging in. Channels also make it easy to build the retailer-specific feeds we send to partners like Home Depot.

On pricing, Plytix is very good value compared with enterprise PIM systems. You get PIM and DAM together, with no big setup project needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. We haven't run into any major issues with Plytix. If I had to name something, it would be that setting up the more advanced features, like complex channel feeds, takes some time to learn when you first start. I'd also like to see more built-in AI tools for writing and improving product content. These are small wishes rather than problems, and the platform does what we need it to do. "Continually improving and very open to the thoughts of the users."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

The system's ease of use and the approachability of the support staff are particular highlights. Having seen them grow considerably through my 3-4 years with Plytix, they've still made sure to maintain those points. This is a first PIMS for myself and the business I work within and the experience couldn't have gone better so far.

E-Catalogue's offered by the system are also a highlight and have been a huge success to our business, internally and externally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

Changes made to PDF exporting have been extremely disappointing after being very simple yet effective for us for 5-6 years.

The only longterm annoyance we've had is when managing the removal of attributes that are no longer of use to us. I wish it was easier to remove these attributes from the system without having to go into every channel, e-catalogue and sheet which the attributes previously been tagged into. Of course, my better management of attributes in the first place would also have reduced this frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jon Gorospe of Plytix

Hi Lee,

Thanks a million for your honest review! It is a pleasure for us to have customers working with Plytix for that long 😊

About the removal of attributes that are in use... You are right, it is a real challenge if you have some attributes really spread across that are no longer relevant.

Perhaps a "Delete this attribute used X times anyway?" feature that forces you to write the number of places that are used to confirm it. Like "Yes I want to delete it even if it is used 7 times"

Sharing that with the Product team right away 😅

Cheers!

"Plytix Makes Bulk Product Updates and Multi-Channel Feeds Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

I like how easy it is to work on many products at the same time. Previously I could only modify attributes at a sub-category level, but now with Plytix I can update attributes to any product in any category, and changing category to another or multiple categories is also simple. Being able to upload a single CSV with product details and the content elements is so much easier instead of me having to prepare several CSVs and wait for someone else upload them. I also appreciate how easy it is to link media elements so we can be efficient and have one document or image linked to multiple products. The filters also make it easy to target the products that need improvement which is helpful when your catalog has 80,000 products. Onboarding was also super fast. We were up and running in only a couple of weeks, and our developer easily integrated Plytix attributes into our web platform. The bonus value for us was having channel feed management built-in for a small cost upgrade. We previously had a third party, but now this feature is rolled in and easy to manage our 15+ channel feeds including Amazon and eBay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

While there were a couple drawbacks or hurdles, we found solutions for them all. 1) Channel feeds cannot be delivered to FTP/SFTP that require SSH/SSL/TLS. I made a script that can pick up the feed file from the Plytix URL and establish the SFTP connection to relay the file. 2) Plytix channels can deliver a feed only one level down from the root folder, but if you don't specify a folder (as in you want to deliver the file to the root level folder), it automatically creates a folder with the channel name. Some of our channels do not allow folder creation, so those feeds are undeliverable. Thankfully there are webhooks, so we can trigger external actions to deliver the feeds. On the plus side, the feeds definitely process faster than our previous third-party feed service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and flexible product management with great support"
4/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

I like the usability of Plytix, its company philosophy, and the close, simple, and effective treatment. I value that they listen to customers, are willing to improve the service and product, and consider additional needs for future developments. The value proposition seems clear to me: managing product information, including images, with a fairly versatile structure to organize it and decide where to send it. I find it easy to incorporate new people to integrate and use the tool. I also like having all our products on a single platform, easily accessing information, and having updated data from the source systems. The team helped us with the initial setup, and communication with Nuria is very smooth; she helps us resolve the doubts and problems we encounter. Additionally, we chose Plytix because their commercial offer was more attractive and met our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

It is a company with a DIY philosophy, perhaps not suitable for companies that need a 'turnkey' implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable PIM Platform That Keeps Getting Better"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

What I like best about Plytix is how easy it is to manage product information, digital assets, and product enrichment in one place.

The interface is intuitive, making it easy for teams to adopt and use efficiently from day one. I also appreciate how responsive the Plytix team is to customer feedback and how frequently they introduce improvements and new AI-powered capabilities. It feels like a platform that is continuously evolving alongside its customers' needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

The only limitation we have encountered is the lack of product-level access control. It would be helpful to be able to restrict individual users to specific products or product groups within the catalog. Aside from that, Plytix has consistently met our needs and continues to improve with each release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Responsive Support and Flexible Solutions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

Mostly intuitive platform and available contact to answer queries/explain features in timely manner. For example, Salma and Jon have been very responsive to our needs and created alternative solutions for our image mapping requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

Few minor things: formula attribute cannot be built off other formula attribute; log records do not exceed 25 so history is lost; cannot bult edit non-text-only attributes; BC integration unable to sync image description fields. These are minor issues that the team has supported through alternative options to achieve the desired results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and intuitive, with great support and simple integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

The ease of use and how intuitive it is. As well as the support we have received from the software and, of course, from customer service. The integration with our systems has also been easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

There are SSO issues that still need to be resolved and integrated into our Corporate Web without having to include a password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
