Plytix is a simple, easy-to-use, and intelligent PIM with plenty of useful features. It’s great for creating product feeds, and I appreciate that the product is continuously being developed, with most improvements already included in the current plan. The AI features are a nice addition, and the support team is consistently helpful.

What I appreciate most is the ease of use—whether we are importing, exporting, or editing products with variants and hierarchies, there is always a straightforward way to accomplish tasks, and the necessary information is available right where we need it. The documentation is thorough, and the support team is excellent and responsive whenever I have questions. We rely on Plytix as our single source of truth for product information on a daily basis (excluding prices and sales), and it is integrated via API with our ERP and webshop. I am not a fan of the formula Editor. Personally, I would have preferred a lightweight Python integration. However, with the recent addition of AI integration, making adjustments has become much more straightforward. Plytix has a familiar, spreadsheet-like interface and being able to instantly push product data and to Shopify and our WMS has saved me hours in time and also virtually eliminates inconsistancies in the data between systems.

We have had terrific customer support from the team who have been ready and able to help us whenever needed.

I use this tool every day and it's been so easy from the get-go. When we implemented, I was only the data custodian, however as the team has changed I've also been looking after the techical side which has been very easy to learn and integrate with our existing systems. What drew us to Plytix as our PIM was its high level of customization. I’d like simpler language management for attributes, rather than having to rely on groups. That would let us reserve groups for other purposes—such as quicker export shortcuts—without needing to create a huge number of groups just to handle languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM is very intuitive and easy to handle, which saves me a great amount of time when uploading and downloading information. The bulk data upload feature is especially valuable to me, as it significantly improves the efficiency of my work. I only need to have the list of information in an Excel file and convert it to CSV to easily import it into Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM, which significantly optimizes my workflow. We are awaiting some improvements in the technical sheets because, as they are currently designed, they are not suitable for sending to clients, which is their main purpose. Additionally, although the initial setup was satisfactory, the final development of the content is proving to be a bit more complicated than expected. Plytix is truly transforming the PIM landscape by providing a sophisticated tool that remains remarkably user-friendly and intuitive. The platform consistently introduces new features that are both highly practical and seamlessly integrated, which enhances its capabilities without adding unnecessary complexity. Most recently, we tested the automation feature, which allows us to automatically fill certain fields and has greatly reduced the amount of manual data entry required.

The Plytix team is always responsive, ready to answer our questions, and open to developing the features we need, showing no limitations in their support. Their professionalism has been a key factor in the successful implementation of this PIM within our company.
