I encountered a single issue involving a declined payment that was refunded to my Pluto card, but I have not yet received the corresponding credit from Mastercard. Since there was no physical receipt, my account was blocked in accordance with the company's established rules, and it took some time to resolve the situation. The reflection on the system is misleading as it shows a balance available on the card whereas it is an overbilled amount This was one where the FX charges (which are substantial) were noted.
