What do you like best about PLUS QA?

Working with PLUS QA feels very personal/cosy. They don't have a bloated, sales-heavy process, and I was able to immediately speak with the people doing the work.

What do you dislike about PLUS QA?

What I really appreciate about PLUS QA is how they customize their approach for each project. They took the time to understand what my agency actually needed, instead of just giving us a one-size-fits-all solution. Their accessibility expertise is top-notch, too. I always felt like my project got the attention it deserved, not just another ticket in the queue. If you want a team that listens and knows their stuff, PLUS QA is a great pick. PLUS QA’s custom testing isn’t the cheapest option out there. If you’re a small business or a startup watching every dollar, the price might feel a little steep. That said, you really do get what you pay for. Their attention to detail and the way they tailor everything to your needs is hard to beat.
