The best thing about Plumbers Secretary is that it reliably answers every call 24/7 and automatically turns those calls into organized leads and booked jobs, so we stop losing work when we’re on another job. Has free onboarding. Plans start at a good price. Integrates with a lot of apps and services. The app is really easy to use. The AI is really good and sounds natural like a human talking.

**What do you dislike about Plumbers Secretary?**

The main downside is that, like any AI secretary, it still needs good setup and clear rules from us, and occasionally it struggles with very unusual or emotional callers, so we have to keep improving its script and training.
