**What do you like best about Plexia EMR?**

I like that I can scan my documents, can memo other co workers when I need help, their is my pathnet labs my or booking.

**What do you dislike about Plexia EMR?**

Adjusting payment when you just billed a patient and give them their receipt then they change their mind wanting a diffrent product. Going in to adjust then refund then add another amount is frustrating. Not that straight forward with plexia. Not liking in the history of payment it shows I changed something 5 times. Scanning does not always end up properly. Sometimes it goes sideways and I have to rescan my documents again.

Try it you will like the change

**What problems is Plexia EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have an outstanding team tou can call and they do help you over the phone or get back to you the next day. They memo you your ticket number and you can call in if you have not heard back. The are very good and always there when you need them.

**What do you like best about Plexia EMR?**

Very easy to use and the customer help line is always at your disposal.

**What do you dislike about Plexia EMR?**

Occasional glitches can cause the system to crash, but I guess that is always a possibility.

**What problems is Plexia EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly billing, we have not yet gone paperless. I find the Medical Services Plan re-billing of unpaid claims a lot easier.
