**What do you like best about PlatinumPay Xpress?**

I like that Platinum Pay Xpress is user-friendly and not too complicated. It works well for a small business with a limited number of employees. You have to do little manual work when it comes to calculating pay, taxes, etc.

**What do you dislike about PlatinumPay Xpress?**

I wish my timeclock was better integrated into PPX. I have to log into a separate website to review and adjust hours. Although it downloads the data automatically, I prefer to have less websites and logins to have to remember.

**What problems is PlatinumPay Xpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to do less manual work when it comes to calculating payroll, taxes, etc. Multiple reports are generated for review and also for submitting for tax purposes.
