Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow Reviews & Product Details

The LMS integration is seamless when your business runs on the Service Now platform. Users, reporting lines, approvals, groups, etc, the architecture is already created and verified. If you use Service Now well then installing and using the Learning Management System is simple and quick. As a company that already uses ServiceNow, this was a great platform to launch our new learning center. My leadership needed reporting that was configurable and familiar, as well as having this incorporated into a system that employees were already working with - to avoid "open tab" overload. PlatCore's interface is easy and personalized. We were able to build a very comprehensive learning center that allowed us to provide learning paths to enhance job performance and give direction.

The best thing about PlatCore is this is built with people in mind. Creating a culture of learning is no easy task, and people need 'easy-to-use' and 'simple-to-see-results' technology. If the product is too intense then learners can get lost in the tech and give up. I have truly enjoyed working with the PlatCore team and they are always happy to help and work with us on our ever-changing needs. PlatCore is working with us on some of our reporting challenges. ServiceNow gives very detailed reporting but it is not always easy to use for a novice ServiceNow user. It can be frustrating if you are not the ServiceNow Admin and are limited by corporate permissions and/or access. The only thing I wish there was is a place to create content that did not require a course to be built around it, such as a general information page or community discussion area.
