Users, reporting lines, approvals, groups, etc, the architecture is already created and verified. If you use Service Now well then installing and using the Learning Management System is simple and quick. I highly recomend PlatCore LMS to new businesses or growing businesses, setting this LMS up early makes a lot of sense and it can grow with your business. **What do you dislike about Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow?** We have some permissions and role functions that require modifications so that our LMS Training Team isn't relying on the IT Service Now Administrators to do LMS Administration tasks. **Recommendations to others considering Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow:** Implementing PlatCore LMS as early as possible up would be my recomendation. The complicated part for our implementation is bringing accross our already established learning, external learning courses and a massive historical training data base of records to fit. It is a lot of work. If creating with PlatCore from scratch it would be simple, easy and seamless, it would grow organically and at pace with the business needs. **What problems is Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Removal of multiple systems/platforms in our business which had required maintaining employee data in more than one system which ultimatley results in errors. Having the LMS draw automatically from Service Now for our employee data as one source of truth is very effective. The ability to create our own online training inhouse instantly is also a massive win for us. ### 2. My leadership needed reporting that was configurable and familiar, as well as having this incorporated into a system that employees were already working with - to avoid "open tab" overload. PlatCore's interface is easy and personalized. We were able to build a very comprehensive learning center that allowed us to provide learning paths to enhance job performance and give direction. The best thing about PlatCore is this is built with people in mind. Creating a culture of learning is no easy task, and people need 'easy-to-use' and 'simple-to-see-results' technology. If the product is too intense then learners can get lost in the tech and give up. I have truly enjoyed working with the PlatCore team and they are always happy to help and work with us on our ever-changing needs. I strongly recommend PlatCore and hope to continue working with them for many years to come. **What do you dislike about Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow?** PlatCore is working with us on some of our reporting challenges. ServiceNow gives very detailed reporting but it is not always easy to use for a novice ServiceNow user. It can be frustrating if you are not the ServiceNow Admin and are limited by corporate permissions and/or access. The only thing I wish there was is a place to create content that did not require a course to be built around it, such as a general information page or community discussion area. **Recommendations to others considering Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow:** Make sure you have a plan and idea on how you would like to see learning happen for your company. The application could be underutilized if you don't have a plan. **What problems is Platcore Learning Management System for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are creating something in our technology group that has never been done before, and that is centralize knowledge, that allows learners to track their own progress. Our team is very happy that learning can be self-paced and assigned as needed. Our team can access content from numerous sources, locate runbooks, FAQs and be quizzed for understanding. This supports the management in growing their teams and new hires get a faster start. It can also provide a pipeline for additional positions due to the availability of information. ### 3.
