&lt;p&gt;With these three you&#39;re not really choosing software so much as choosing an implementation partner, since all of them are sold and set up through resellers, and the same product can be a triumph with a good one and a slow disaster with a bad one. That&#39;s also why the star ratings feel muddy: they&#39;re averaging wildly different partner experiences on the same tool. For anyone who&#39;s live on one of these, was the deciding factor really the product, or the specific partner you got, and would you use that partner again?&lt;/p&gt;
