**What do you like best about PlanoHero?**

I really like PlanoHero's great interface. It's built with a lot of small, tiny things exactly how we want it to be. It's easy to manage and very user-friendly. I find it easy to roll out to new employees without needing to be a software developer, which is really helpful. I also appreciate that PlanoHero has a library of all pictures and a database for all items and SKUs, which includes important dimensions like width, height, and depth. This feature ensures we never miss calculations when stocking shelves, as we always know our shelf size and item dimensions in advance.

**What do you dislike about PlanoHero?**

I think PlanoHero could improve by not only focusing on shelf planning but also including floor planning. It would be great to be able to plan how shelf racks should be positioned in the store.

**What problems is PlanoHero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PlanoHero organizes shelves for our small retail chain, allowing us to create, share, and manage planograms easily across different stores. The product's database simplifies setup, preventing miscalculations with precise item dimensions and enabling us to optimize shelf space efficiently.
