I think what impressed me the most was how convenient, easy and intuitive was setting up the account and requesting my very firts payment. They have created fantastic resources to guide you through it, but the best part was that I didn't need to use them: I skimmed through them, out of curiosity only. The dreaded accounting part, has become, with "Plane" facile and fast. I (also) like best the fact that, in just a few clicks, I can check the status of a request, as well as see my entire history. I don't want to forget mentioning the "Profile" tab — it's amazing! At a glance, you can see ALL relevant information. I'd go for it, without thinking twice. **What do you dislike about Plane?** I wish I could suggest improvements to "Plane", but, considering I'm using it as a contractor only, not all features are applicable and, to the extent I am using it, it is a perfect fit. **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting paid on time, appropriately and offering a clear record of the entire work history. Plane is replacing a manual process prone to error — manually sending invoices, forwarding them to the correct department, delays in processing, misplaced invoices, etc. I have confidence that once a pay request is logged, it will follow a clear process and I can count on being paid on time. ### 3. It is as simple as selecting to which account you want to receive the payment. What I like about it, is that it doesn't matter the final route for the payment, as long as you register it correctly you will receive your money. I've received money from different baking accounts in different countries and it is always a great tool. **What do you dislike about Plane?** Their UI pages are not that good. Their process is working very efficiently, but they could make their UI much better. They also don't have a Mobile App. I'm a multidevice person, so having Apps for my tablet or iPhone would be better for me. **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pilot allows me to receive international payments to different locations where I have savings accounts. Easy to request your payment **What do you dislike about Plane?** They have no standard process. Sometimes, they send our payment earlier and sometimes delay. Also, some of our colleagues receive their salary first, and some are delayed even if we have the same day to approve our payment. Also, if you will message to their customer service they cannot give you a clear answer why your payment is delayed, they always answer in general term. **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regarding their payment process. One thing I'd like to change is that email titles display how much you are getting paid. I actually recommended Pilot to a client and they love the platform, too! **What do you dislike about Plane?** Only downside I can think of right now is that when the Payments page was recently redesigned, I lost the ability to download earnings statements. I had to request one from chat support, which they provided.
