As a contractor working for a U.S. client, them using Plane made scaling the team a breeze. **What do you dislike about Plane?** My only gripe with Planen is that for all that Plane solves, it does not have visibility on the fees related to the transactions between international entities. Another issue is that money from Plane is routed from a non-bank financial entity, which triggers a compliance issue with the mostly used bank in my country. **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Plane to get paid from the company I was working for. ### 39. It is very intuitive and easy to use, the information is very clear and easy to access. Customer Support is great and answers very quickly. I also am very grateful on how easy it is to request payments and get receipts. **What do you dislike about Plane?** Not necessarily a downside, but I'd like the spread to be a little lower for currency exchange. The rate is still pretty good, but it could be slightly better. **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier to receive payments from my international contractors.
