PitchPrfct has completely reshaped how I feel about trying new CRMs. After being disappointed by several others, I was hesitant to invest more time and money - but this platform has been a pleasant surprise. What do you dislike about PitchPrfct?

Since it's a new platform, there are naturally a few kinks to work out. However, the customer support team is incredibly thorough, hands-on, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. The platform continues to evolve and improve every day, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the user experience as smooth and intuitive as possible. What do you like best about PitchPrfct?

I really like this texting platform because it makes my job so much easier. I’ve tried other apps before, but they either didn’t work well, were too expensive, or were just unreliable. This one stands out it’s super affordable, reliable, and easy to use. Messages send fast, and I always get quick responses when I need help. What do you dislike about PitchPrfct?

Everything about this platform is pretty much perfect! It’s super easy to use, affordable, and makes my job so much smoother. I love how reliable it is and how quickly everything works. Since it’s still in beta, there are occasionally small errors or glitches, but that’s totally understandable and honestly, they don’t take away from how great the overall experience is. What do you like best about PitchPrfct?

Hi deliverability and customer support. They are very quick to respond, typically resolves issues in less than 15 minutes and if needed, they will escalate to a one on one meeting with one of the support staff where they will go in and do a webinar with you to walk through your account and identify any issues. They take full accountability, even issuing credits for any mistakes, if any, made on their end. The platform itself is great, very slight learning curve but the UI is so friendly that most features are easy to figure out. Workflows work great, very minor bugs or issues. What do you dislike about PitchPrfct?

I really don't think there is anything I dislike about PitchPrfct especially coming from OnlySales and TextDrip. No software is completely perfect so there are minor features I would like added but honestly it seems like those features are in development and the development team is super welcoming and responsive to feedback. I remember they made a change to templates that the community wasn't a fan of, they took a poll to see how we felt about it, and upon receiving the poll, made immediate changes to the consumer's desires. Pitch prfct has allowed me to scale my business by over 200% prior to when I was with their competitors. Their customer service team works very well and gets back to me every time in an expedited manner leaving me very satisfied with this product and the people who are behind the scenes for it. What do you like best about PitchPrfct?

PitchPrfct is by far the most affordable CRM I have ever used. The layout is clean, simple, and easy to use. As soon as I upload contacts into the system, they immediately get texted, allowing me to reach clients quickly. What do you dislike about PitchPrfct?

The platform is reliable and makes it easy to reach clients and leads. What I like best about PitchPrfct is how simple it is to use. The owners are also extremely responsive and go above and beyond to help with any questions or issues right away.
