The reporting is also easy to understand, so I can quickly see what’s working and make adjustments as needed. The AI-generated messaging and automated workflows have made my prospecting much more efficient without feeling overwhelming. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense, even if you’re not particularly tech-savvy. Support was another standout. I appreciate the platform's ability to solve past deliverability issues by prescrubbing high-risk opt-out numbers and spoon-feeding a sale to me like never before. The user-friendly platform, with no confusion, and the analytics that show what was successfully delivered, is impressive. I also value the AI program that spoon-feeds a perfect mass text, and the whole experience is amazing. Shout out to CEO Jake Triton for personally taking the time to walk me through and help me mass text my first sale! Everything about this platform is pretty much perfect! It’s super easy to use, affordable, and makes my job so much smoother. I love how reliable it is and how quickly everything works. Since it’s still in beta, there are occasionally small errors or glitches, but that’s totally understandable and honestly, they don’t take away from how great the overall experience is. Hi deliverability and customer support. They are very quick to respond, typically resolves issues in less than 15 minutes and if needed, they will escalate to a one on one meeting with one of the support staff where they will go in and do a webinar with you to walk through your account and identify any issues. They take full accountability, even issuing credits for any mistakes, if any, made on their end. The platform itself is great, very slight learning curve but the UI is so friendly that most features are easy to figure out. Workflows work great, very minor bugs or issues. I really don't think there is anything I dislike about PitchPrfct especially coming from OnlySales and TextDrip. No software is completely perfect so there are minor features I would like added but honestly it seems like those features are in development and the development team is super welcoming and responsive to feedback. I remember they made a change to templates that the community wasn't a fan of, they took a poll to see how we felt about it, and upon receiving the poll, made immediate changes to the consumer's desires. I feel like they are constantly doing routine maintenance to ensure everything is running smoothly. Honestly, if they have been solving issues on the back end, I haven't noticed. In the very beginning of using the platform, there were some bugs and stops but those have pretty much cleared and over the last couple weeks I really haven't had any issues.
