This is a must have for our organization. I don't longer **What problems is PinMeTo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving, don't longer dreading to do updates to our places during holidays, i.e. special opeing hours for christmas, easter etc. This is now done in a couple of minutes compared to several hours before PinMeTo ### 2. Really, at the moment I have nothing that I dislike in PinMeTo. The service is great and the customer support is also great. I recommend. **What problems is PinMeTo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Listings management, posts in GMB (before I had to publish 1 by 1), answering reviews very easily, integration with major platforms. An easy program to work with and get started. Very easy-to-navigate system, while it's nice to have all "stores" gathered in one place and avoid changing on many different pages. **What do you dislike about PinMeTo?** It would have been good if one could gather together, for example, reviews, Instagram DMs, Instagram comments, Facebook messages, and Facebook comments + then manage store information that already exists in PinMeTo today so that we could have one program instead of several different ones as we do now. **What problems is PinMeTo solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help us keep track of all the information about our stores so that our customers can easily access it, such as opening hours, address, phone number, etc. We also gain control over comments and questions that our customers post on Google. It's great to have one single place to input all the information, which is then forwarded to all other different sites like Facebook, Bing, Google, etc. ### 4. Smaller desirable changes identified and "fixed" by Pinmetos. **What problems is PinMeTo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have previously had challenges in successfully ensuring a high quality in all our store profiles, also in several networks. Pinmeto saves us the time we need to suceed in the task. ### 5. The onboarding process was very smooth and the team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. It has so far helped us increase our coverage for our branches across various platforms that we didn't have listings for - For example Apple Maps. It has also helped us with keeping our branch listings consistent across all platforms with the 'conflict' feature - before using PinMeTo this was a very manual and time-consuming thing to do. **What do you dislike about PinMeTo?** We are new to using PinMeToo - not any dislikes at the moment. **What problems is PinMeTo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving and updating opening hours & special opening hours in bulk. ### 6. Handles several of the important platforms in one, earlier we had to handle this in multiple systems. It saves us time and keeps customers happy. **What do you dislike about PinMeTo?** So far, we haven´t found any big downsides with PinMeTo. Maybe we could integrate it to our site in some way so that it picks up, for instance, opening hours from our site and updates in other platforms? (might be possible already, but we haven't done it) **What problems is PinMeTo solving and how is that benefiting you?** PinMeTo helps us keep opening hours, addresses, etc., updated in different platforms that our customers use to find information on our stores. We also use PinMeTo for posting some of our content in socal media on both centrally owned and local store pages. Answering reviews and keeping track of our customer's experience is another part of what PinMeTo solves in our organization. ### 8. Very quick and skilled at helping with questions in the chat. **What do you dislike about PinMeTo?** Seems to be a bug that causes old cases to pop up sometimes.
