**What do you like best about Piksel?**

it helps a lot to have options to coordinate different development systems and manage information efficiently, their customer service systems help solve problems on their platforms in a simple way.

**What do you dislike about Piksel?**

It has good tools for managing information and communication with clients, but it does not have the tools to manage in a personalized way, as it limits customization due to a lack of options.

**What problems is Piksel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it did not solve problems, as it was tested for a while to replace some other options, but it did not turn out as expected, therefore it was discontinued and other options were tried.
