It saves our team weeks of work each project, as we don’t need to create audit evidence from scratch. The hard separation between software partitions also gives us huge peace of mind. Any crashes in background logging or monitoring services never leak into our core machine control code, so our industrial hardware maintains steady, predictable operation under all load conditions. Running safety and auxiliary software on one unified board also cuts our overall hardware costs noticeably. **What do you dislike about PikeOS?** New low-power industrial chip support releases at a slow pace, forcing us to manually port most peripheral drivers ourselves. Debugging cross-partition communication latency is cumbersome too; the native tools have no intuitive visual charts to pinpoint bottlenecks.
