**What do you like best about Pickspace?**

It is reliable and the support team is great.

**What do you dislike about Pickspace?**

Truthfully, the things that frustrate me they work on changing.  That said unless you develop your own software nothing will adapt perfectly to the way you may be doing things.

**What problems is Pickspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream line rent collection, available space and turn over management.

**What do you like best about Pickspace?**

In my experience with this platform, the most valuable feature for me was the ease of extending the contracts of my tenants and collecting their rent directly from them.

**What do you dislike about Pickspace?**

Everything is fine. Pickspace's platform is very convenient and easy to use for non-technical people. 
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this company.

**What problems is Pickspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main challenge I faced as a co-working space manager was extending the contracts of my tenants across the country.
The Pickspace platform provides a solution to this issue
