What do you like best about Phrase?

One thing I really like is how smooth and modern the UI feels. Everything is easy to find, and managing projects is much more organized. The translation matching is excellent and helps avoid repetitive work. I also love how quickly we can assign vendors and send automatic messages directly from the platform. The platform is already very strong, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes larger projects can take a little longer to load, and some advanced settings can be difficult for new users to understand at first. What do you like best about Phrase?

I enjoy how intuitive Phrase is, which is really important for handling ad hoc tasks and crisis communications efficiently. The project management capabilities are something we really appreciate as well. Being able to do quick translations in our fast-paced environment makes Phrase a great fit for us. I mean, we have no complaints about the tool at the moment. Except for possibly its integration features. It would be great if it could be integrated with some of the other tools that we use across the business. It would be great if Phrase could be integrated with the 365 environment, as we could have quick translations within platforms like SharePoint without having to leave and re-enter the translation into the tool. "Good Traceability, Needs Improved Stability"

What do you like best about Phrase?

I enjoy the traceability in Phrase, which means I can check what was done at each step. The online setting is convenient because anyone can access it, without needing to download any software or be tied to a specific device. What do you dislike about Phrase?

It gets stuck sometimes, not showing the jobs within a project which can be frustrating. Also, linguists can't always work on the QA step because it gets stuck, causing delays. While the team is quick to respond when issues are reported, having better stability would be great to prevent these technical issues from happening as they delay work.
