I liked that Petfundr was obvious that the fundraising effort was related to pets or animals. My effort was specifically for at-risk cats in my area. The whole campaign was easy to set up and get running fast and it kept me updated the whole way. I loved getting tips from customer support on the best ways to enhance my campaign, thank donors, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were more options for payment methods. Paypal was easy to connect, but I had so much success, I had issues with Paypal holding my funds, etc. Stripe was a bit more complicated to connect so I stuck with PayPal. I had to do this fundraiser fast so I had NO time to get a 501c3 set up, so I wish there were options right in Petfunder to work with a partner 501c3, and get going fast. I like that it's aasy to use. Easy to add text, photos, media.

I like it uses leading payment platforms like PayPal and Stripe for payment processing.

I like that it allows to send updates to donors from the platform.
