The built-in monitoring and error handling features are great as they reduce the support burden compared to internal tools. Their single unified API for reading and writing customer data across systems really streamlines operations and cuts down on custom codes and maintenance debt. Additionally, MERGE's link-flow is a big plus, helping with self-service authorizations and instance account token provisioning to accelerate customer onboarding. They analyzed data, reviewed existing campaigns, and interviewed our marketing team to get a better understanding of their needs and goals. They set up campaigns, create landing pages and forms, and integrated Marketo with our CRM system. At no point did I feel that the problems we explained or our desires were something Perkuto couldn't handle or didn't understand. **What do you dislike about MERGE?** Wouldn't say there are any downsides. Everything in the communications was perfect, from # meetings to # of emails. **Recommendations to others considering MERGE:** Think about what exactly you need and what the result should look like. If that is clear from the beginning, then Perkuto will be able to execute it in no time (depending on the complexity of the project, of course). **What problems is MERGE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a new master email template for our Marketo instance to match our latest brand designs and to be able to build emails more speedily and efficiently. With the new template they have coded, based on our designs, we can now execute quicker on sending an email to our database. Our on-site consultant, Hilary, was especially great - we had two days of intensive training with her in our office and it provided a lot of value to our team, as Marketo is quite a daunting platform to navigate through and none of us had any experience with it previously. Once I uploaded, I could get started right away. The Perkuto reps were responsive and easy to work with. **What do you dislike about MERGE?** These are generic and I did have to dig into the code and make changes so that every module was ready to use in line with our brand guidelines - knowing that would save me a ton of time down the line. There's a noticeable sense of urgency that is displayed across all of the people/departments we've worked with since the beginning of our relationship. **What do you dislike about MERGE?** There hasn't been anything that we've disliked which is why Mendix is doing what we can to continue our relationship with Perkuto. **Recommendations to others considering MERGE:** Choose Perkuto if considering other vendors. In most situations, consultants are only available until implementation.
