This is easy to use and by offering attractive benefits, companies can improve employees loyalty and reduce turnover. Satisfied employees are often more motivated and productive, benefiting the entire organization. This provides cost-effective solutions.

While flexibility is a strength, it can also lead to unexpected costs if not managed properly.
