&lt;p&gt;For a large rollout, I’d put a lot of weight on how the provider handles ownership across sites after implementation. A strong launch can still unravel if each business unit has different escalation paths or engineers. I’d want named ownership, consistent runbooks, and a clear process for handing incidents between local teams and the MSSP.&lt;/p&gt;
