What do you like best about PerfectTablePlan?

It is not only easy to use, but also a truly advanced software tool that can be used by professional event planners.

It makes it very easy to plan out table diagrams, who sits where, how many will be at a table, you can add names or not. You can arrange the tables many different ways, you can change the shape of the tables. It is very user friendly. Flexibility, presentation, use everything in fact. What do you dislike about PerfectTablePlan?

I couldn't find a single bug or strange behavior of PerfectTablePlan during testing.

There is not really anything that we do not like. We have been using it for a long time

Doesn't handle finances very well, it's fine if everyone pays the same, but when different payments are involved, I have to use a spreadsheet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PerfectTablePlan:

Not knowing enough to really use it properly causes me some embarrassment at times however a quick email to the Support Team gets over this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PerfectTablePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's hard to pick just one feature, the system is the whole package. I can maintain a list of who has been invited, record who has accepted or declined, specify who the VIPs are, record what meals they've ordered and print it on their place cards to help the catering staff, record who has paid (using a custom field, which is a handy feature if you want to record your own information), record who should sit by whom - and who absolutely must not sit by whom. What do you like best about PerfectTablePlan?

It was very easy to plan out table spacing and who would sit where, add or remove seats, dietary issues, etc... Very easy to download and share with other users. The ramp up time to be able to effectively use the product was quite short which was definitely very much appreciated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerfectTablePlan?

Not really a dislike but an observation, there is very limited financial functionality. If there are multiple prices for different people at a table this will not work.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
