It’s particularly useful for identifying patterns and location-specific operational issues that would otherwise be anecdotal or delayed.

Some feedback lacks context or specificity, which can make root-cause analysis difficult without follow-up. Advanced filtering, reporting, and customization options could be deeper, especially for larger or multi-unit operators who want more granular trend analysis or tighter integration with internal reporting workflows.
