We integrate with a lot of Microsoft products nowadays — such as Excel, Azure Devops, Planner, Teams, and Entra ID. We have also launched a new Outlook Calendar integration a while back. Have you already been able to test this yet? Also note that you can already add links to Sharepoint (or any other resource) in the notes of your meetings. Not only is it useful to have everything under control, personal and business objectives but how it is structured helps you to define and follow them. The strategy map feature is quite unique and gives the company a proper way to define its strategy as detailed as necessary. Great customer support, they answer in < 5 minutes. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** There is no integration with Outlook Calendar so you have to create your 1:1 meetings there as well, double work. It never saves the pulse rating so even though it is the first field to complete I always have to go back at the end and select the pulse again before completing the check in There is no easy way to mark if you are away when a check-in is due, it requires too many clicks The strategy chart should roll upwards, so if you complete an objective that is part of the larger strategy then this should be reflected in the next level up's OKR The metrics to meausre success should be expanded on and should include a decsending option. Also the Key results graphs give a good idea how far we are from the targets and it's very quick and easy to enter the progress (with the backdate possibility) **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** It becomes a bit messy when you enter many objectives or you are contributor/lead in many of them. We haven't understood yet how to increase the number of users and OKRs by keeping it simple for the users (especially for the admin and superadmin profiles that have a greater visibility). There has to be a better way to filter or some way to have a simplified dashboard per user. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an easy "cloud" platform where to enter quick updates, organize 1:1s, create initiatives, update progress on the key results etc. It's very useful to show also the connections between objectives, key results and initiatives.
