The interface and design are well done, providing valuable insights into the company's global objectives. It also ensures transparency for all employees.

Sometimes it can be difficult to maintain a clear overview of all OKRs, since I can only see the ones for which I am listed as the owner.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarifying company goals, making KPIs transparent for global teams, and providing deeper insights into each team's efforts would be beneficial.

> Whether or not you can see all the OKRs (and KPIs) in your organization's Perdoo account depends on how your company has configured visibility. By default, all goals inside a Perdoo account are visible and transparent to all users. However, your company can decide to restrict this visibility, which it seems like they did.

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

Perdoo provides a clear structure for aligning strategic goals with day-to-day execution through its combination of OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives. I especially appreciate how easy it is to cascade objectives across teams and visualize alignment to company-wide goals. The UI is clean, the progress tracking is intuitive, and the ability to connect Key Results to measurable KPIs and underlying initiatives makes it easier to drive real outcomes, not just check boxes. And my organization is starting to use the meetings/1:1 features to experiment with the idea of CFR's (Conversation, Feedback, Recognition) popularized in John Doerr's OKR bible "Measure what Matters."

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve for teams new to OKRs, especially when trying to balance the flexibility of the system with best practices. While the platform is very powerful, configuring user roles and permissions for large orgs can get tricky. I'll really love when we're able have KPI's also be OKR's (today they are entered separately even though in one quarter they might need to be the same). While normally I understand they should be different, sometimes an Objective needs to be to improve a KPI, and in that case I view the KPI as the KR.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perdoo helps solve the common disconnect between strategic intent and execution. In many organizations, goals are scattered across decks, spreadsheets, and conversations. Perdoo centralizes our OKRs, KPIs, and initiatives into one platform, creating a single source of truth. This clarity ensures that every team understands how their work contributes to broader company goals. It’s also helped us shift from output-based tracking to outcome-based thinking, which has improved focus, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.

I am able to view and update my key results and track changes. Also adding comments helps me communicate with other team members on what changes I have added. 
Recieving notifications from other people is helpful too, I get to know about the state of the entire project. Also notifying me about when my initiatives need updating is cool.

Navigating to some areas is not very straight forward. some important features are too hidden and not easily accessible.

I get to my objectives and key results in one place. Update the team on the progress of the project at once as compared to writing multiple emails

My experience with Perdoo has been positive overall. The platform is intuitive and makes it easy to set and track OKRs. The visualization of goals and progress helps align the team and stay focused.

What I dislike about Perdoo is the steep learning curve and the limited customization options. The check-in process can feel a bit clunky, and the mobile version is not as effective as the web app.

The weight module for KR its a little bit difficult of user

I like the fact that Perdoo provides me with many ways to set new OKRs & KPIs and set specific goals for each person.

I think that the user experience is not the best. For example, it's not that easy to navigate to my progress reports or check the progress reports of my reviewees.

Perdoo has been a key factor in clarifying our company's strategy and illustrating precisely how each team's efforts contribute to achieving it, all while safeguarding our key performance indicators. We also appreciate the flexibility of creating as many teams as our organizational structure demands. The platform's alternatives for viewing the same information based on both team and individual needs are incredibly valuable. Based on the feedback we've received, Perdoo is also very easy to use, which has contributed to our weekly adoption of the platform to maintain focus and stay on track with the company's strategy. The easy integration with Jira and Outlook has further streamlined our workflows, and we look forward to seeing even more integrations with tools that will help us keep our KPIs consistently updated. A significant plus is the added convenience of having check-ins and 1-on-1 meetings integrated into a single platform. The excellent documentation and support provided by the Perdoo team have been outstanding.

Performance review is an available functionality, however, it is currently very simple and lacks customization options.

It has helped us visualise the objectives of the whole business and drill down into what is important to us

We can't add  more than one person. we want to have someone who is leading on the action, but a different person to complete the values.

Cohesion across the business. we have departments which have historically worked in silos, managers who didn't understand the wider business plan, this has helped us to share information across the business and get people focused on specific goals.

I use Perdoo on a daily basisi and I could say that Perdoo’s OKR structure is well-organized and intuitive, and the ability to integrate it with a wide range of tools adds significant value. These integrations help automate workflows, making the platform both efficient and user-friendly. As a result, it supports better OKR management and encourages greater attention to detail. Additionally, I’d like to highlight their customer support team — they have consistently been responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The limitations of the API can be restrictive at times, especially when you want for example to track something over time, requiring me to develop custom solutions using additional tools on top of Perdoo to meet specific needs.

Perdoo is helping us implement and track OKRs effectively, providing a clear framework to align our goals across teams and departments. It simplifies the process of setting and monitoring Objectives and Key Results, ensuring that everyone stays focused on strategic priorities.

In addition to OKRs, Perdoo supports the development and tracking of KPIs, giving us valuable insights into our ongoing performance and helping us make data-driven decisions.

Perdoo is very easy to use. You don't feel like you can "break" something with a click. It is playful and meets all the requirements of OKR software. The customer support and onboarding are great.

I find that there is still room for improvement in the area of dashboards/KPIs.

Viva Goals has been discontinued and Perdoo fills the gap for it.

Not possible to paste in the tables from excel into OKR descriptions. It would be very handy.

**What do you like best about Perdoo?**

We really liked the organization it gives to tasks and objectives. It was really easy to update progress and leave comments as we proceeded with the work.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

The interface was not always intuitive, I would have liked to be able to use keyboard keys to close objectives (i.e. the 'Esc' key to close what I had just updated). We did have a bit of confusion in navigating objectives when the pop-up preview was open.

We have a clear indication of what needs to be done and we can easily see percentage of completion for tasks.

The layout and organization of objectives, measurements and todo lists is very good and easy to use. We had used mind maps before and while it helped us organize our thoughts and goals, it was not good for tracking progress or updating goals.

Some of the OKR lingo is confusing. An example OKR, there is no such thing. There is Os and KRs. Silly

It is helping us see and align the many objectives that our leadership team is working on, while also allow us to all track our progress. Keeping us all aligned with our top business objectives, out pillars.

Great features and KPI measurement tools as well

I can get lost in the side menu sometimes, clearer headings might be beneficial.

Perdoo helped us to setup the OKR framework and introduce it to our workplace. Prior to that we've been setting goals and working on our own "Big 5" Projects that have been available to look at but no real platform to get updates on. Perdoo has provided team wide transparency that's allowing us to all know what's being worked on, the highest priorities and how they're going weekly

Very intuitive tool, not so much parametrization, works well for our compagny with more than 100 OKR, initiatives and Key Result, good UI/UX to view the whole map of OKR. OKR are cool, but without good tool like Perdoo, it could be boring and error prone.

Some improvement when too much objectives (like > 20) by User, needs extra click to scroll to access to all objectives

Align all OKRs and split them to the whole hierarchy of manager

It is a great piece of software, where you can input trackable objectives. 
The interface is intuitive and can easily be interrogated for KPI stats etc. 
Easy to understand displays provide an instant snapshot of goal progress, which is essential for line managers tracking employee objectives.
Customer support is always available, although rarely required due to the user friendly nature of the product.

I cant think of a negative in all honesty.

1) Having clear owners for objectives, KRs, and initiatives improves accountability across departments.
2) The platform supports quarterly planning and review cycles, helping teams build the habit of checking in regularly.
3) Perdoo separates KPIs from OKRs, which is useful for ongoing business health tracking without conflating them with stretch goals.

Getting started was a bit challenging, especially for small teams without onboarding support. It took time to understand how best to structure our goals, assign ownership, and link everything together. Additionally, more integrations with tools like HubSpot and Power BI would be helpful to reduce manual duplication of work and create a more connected ecosystem.

Before Perdoo, our strategy lived across scattered tools: Google Sheets for planning, Trello for tasks, and meetings for updates. This made it difficult to maintain clarity, alignment, and accountability across departments. Perdoo has centralized our strategic goals, giving us one clear system to connect pillars, objectives, key results, and initiatives, while also enabling progress tracking.

The support. We had a team that was not used to working with OKR's, and Perdoo offered us a training that was really helpful. Also, the free version is already very useful. I like the integration with slack.

**What do you dislike about Perdoo?**

Small things like when you have Objectives without clear key results but with mainly initiatives that the progress is not really measured correctly (only key results are counted). Also: I would love it if AI was integrated to help you build OKR's. It could be used to suggest OKR's, or to suggest corrections, for instance if your objective has a number in it, the suggestion to put that into the key result.

**What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Scaling up- Verne Harnisch but didn't have a good way to measure/ administrate this method. There is specific software for it but this was very expensive, so we found out that a lot of startups use Perdoo, and that you can start using it for free if you are small. So: Perdoo makes it easy to track progress or our scaling up method, to have an 'agenda' of meetings, to keep our focus on what is important.

Our company had years of excel based strategic planning that was "set and forget". We wanted to enable our team to make incremental progress towards these company goals. Perdoo helped us to not only create an easily accessible place for our team to view our initiatives, but also helped us structure HOW we reach our goals and how we frame them (from strategic pillars all the way to implementation of OKRs). The process has been enthusiastically adopted by our team and we are all using many if not all of the features offered by Perdoo. Lastly onboarding was easy and Nicole from Perdoo could not have been more helpful and supportive!

One thing I would love to see is integration of 1:1 scheduling with Microsoft calendar. 1:1s are amazing, but this add on would be amazing.

I bought a small company, about 65 people all in one building, and grew it to over 100 people, spread across four company locations, and a dozen are so telecommuters.
Strategic change became all but impossible. So, I got interested in OKR' S and made two previous attempts to implement. It did not take. 
Through a "conversation" with ChatGPT, I discovered Perdoo. Not only are we implementing OKR's company wide, it is sticking! And real change is happening!
